Concerts for Change will present Voices For Change: A Benefit Concert to Take Back the White House this month at the Ars Nova Theater, 511 West 54th Street. Among those scheduled to perform in one of more of the three concerts are Tom Wopat, Jack Noseworthy, Alix Korey, James Barbour, Julia Murney, Alfred Molina, Chris Sieber, Randy Graff, Scott Wittman, and Lypsinka.

Performances are scheduled for Wednesday, August 18 at 8pm; Sunday, September 19 at 7pm; and Sunday, October 10 at 7pm. Proceeds will help fund canvassing operations of the Democratic political action committee Running for Change. The committee supports John Kerry’s run for the Presidency and the election of Democratic candidates to other offices. According to spokesperson Nina Goldman, the concerts are “an exciting way to get people involved and energized for grassroots activism, particularly in the all-important swing states, which will be crucial to determining who controls our government in the coming year.” (Concerts for Change is organizing approximately 75 performances at venues across America.)

All tickets for the Ars Nova concerts are priced at $75. For further information, click here.
