Whoopi Goldberg, John Leguizamo, and Brooke Shields to Appear at Garden of Laughs Benefit at Madison Square Garden

Academy Award-winning actress Whoopi Goldberg (Ghost and television’s The View) will appear as a presenter at Garden of Laughs, a stand-up comedy event presented by Chase to benefit the Garden of Dreams Foundation on Saturday, January 26 at 8:00pm at The Theater at Madison Square Garden.

She will be joined on stage by fellow presenters Brooke Shields (The Addams Family), Drama Desk Award winner John Leguizamo (Ghetto Klown), and tennis legend John McEnroe, among others. Sportscaster Bob Costas hosts.

The evening will feature stand-up by Adam Ferrara, Darrell Hammond, Robert Klein,
Brian Regan, Ray Romano, and Wanda Sykes.

The Garden of Dreams Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that works closely with The Madison Square Garden Company to help positively impact the lives of children facing obstacles such as homelessness, poverty, illness, and foster care. It undertakes nearly 500 annual events including hockey, basketball, and dance skill programs with help from the Rangers, Knicks, and Rockettes. Goldberg currently serves as a board member.
