Broadway icon Tommy Tune will return to the Café Carlyle for a January 12-22 run of his concert, Tommy Tune, Tonight!

In addition to his 10 Tonys for shows like The Will Rogers Follies and Nine, Tommy Tune has received the National Medal of Arts, eight Drama Desk Awards, and three Astaire Awards. The performer, director, and choreographer has been honored with his own star on the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame and was inducted into the Theater Hall of Fame by Gwen Verdon. He was most recently seen on the New York stage in the Encores! production of Lady, Be Good! at New York City Center.

Tune's band is made up of musical director Michael Biagi on piano, Marc Schmied on bass, and John Myers on drums. His concert replaces that of fellow Broadway favorite Chita Rivera, who, as previously announced, is recovering from an injury she sustained over the Christmas holiday. Her two-week engagement has been rescheduled for April 19-30.
