Broadway's salute to National Women's History Month will kick off with the latest installment of Nothing Like a Dame on March 3. This is the eighth year of the annual concert produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS to benefit The Phyllis Newman's Women's Health Initiative of The Actors' Fund of America.

Musical highlights are set to include a special version of "Welcome to the '60s" from Hairspray, sung by that show's Dynamites with new lyrics by the musical's composer and co-lyricist, Marc Shaiman; performances by members of the casts of La Bohème, The Producers, and Russell Simmons' Def Poetry Jam on Broadway; and a special tribute to Phyllis Newman's husband, Adolph Green, who died last October.

The event will be held at Broadway's St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street) on Monday, March 3, beginning at 8pm. Tickets are available at $50-$1000 and may be purchased by calling 212-840-0770, ext. 268 or by visiting the website
