Susan Jeremy’s Brazil Nuts to Play La MaMa in May

Susan Jeremy’s new solo show Brazil Nuts will play La MaMa E.T.C., running May 7-23. Mary Fulham will direct the production.

In Nuts, a quartet of eccentric gay characters find themselves caught in the middle of the national debate about gay marriage and immigrant rights.

The creative team will include Jim Boutin (scenic design), Ramona Ponce (costume design), Tim Schellenbaum (sound design), and Livia Stevenson (music editor).

Jeremy’s previous shows include P.S. 69, Moving in Reverse and Was That My 15 Minutes?.
