Stephen Dillane to Discuss Samuel Beckett at 92nd Street Y

Tony Award winner Stephen Dillane will read from the work of Samuel Beckett and discuss the playwright at the 92nd Street Y on Monday, December 7 at 8pm.

The event is being held in conjunction with Lincoln Center’s presentation of Katie Mitchell’s production of One Evening, a performance that features both Beckett’s prose and Schubert’s song-cycle Winterreise, which.will run December 9-11 at the Gerald W. Lynch Theater.

Dillane won a Tony Award for his performance as Henry in Tom Stoppard’s The Real Thing. His television and screen credits include Thomas Jefferson in HBO’s John Adams and Leonard Woolf in The Hours. He will appear next year with The Bridge Project in The Tempest and As You Like It.
