The Off-Broadway production of Sleep No More, currently scheduled through November 5 at the McKittrick Hotel, has announced that it will present a week-long masquerade to celebrate Halloween, October 26-31.

The masquerade will be presented as a series of exclusive evenings, shaped by its own unique concept, and will feature special acts inside the venue, following regularly scheduled performances. Additional information will be announced shortly.

Inspired by Shakespeare’s Macbeth, Sleep No More invites theatregoers into the multistoried venue that has been converted for the production, experiencing events from Shakespeare’s play in an intimate and often surprising manner. Audiences move freely through the epic world of the story at their own pace, choosing where to go and what to see, ensuring that everyone’s journey is different and unique.

Director Barrett has designed the production, Doyle has choreographed, and Stephen Dobbie has provided the sound design.

The production was recently honored with the Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience and the Obie Awards’ Special Citation for Design & Choreography.
