Sir Derek Jacobi to Appear at June 9 TECTNY Fundraiser

Tony Award winner Sir Derek Jacobi will be the guest of honor at The Ensemble Theatre Company of New York’s annual fundraiser to be held at 7:30pm on Thursday, June 9 at The Riverside Church (490 Riverside Drive).

Jacobi will soon reprise his award-winning turn in the title role of King Lear at BAM. He won a Tony for his performance in a 1985 production of Much Ado About Nothing, and his many other stage credits include Twelfth Night, Uncle Vanya, Breaking the Code, Cyrano de Bergerac, and The Suicide. His many film and stage credits include The Borgias, The King’s Speech and I, Claudius.
