Scott Wolf and Lily Tomlin to Guest Star on CBS’ NCIS

Stage veteran Scott Wolf and Tony Award winner Lily Tomlin will guest star on CBS’ hit drama NCIS this fall, according to TVLine.com


Wolf will appear in the season opener potentially recurring character of FBI Agent Casey Stratton. His stage credits include Observe the Sons of Ulster Marching Toward the Somme and Fat Pig. His television credits include Party of Five and The Nine.

As previously reported, Tomlin will play Penelope, the grandmorther of Timothy McGee (played by Sean Murray). The actress received a special Tony in 1977 for her solo show Appearing Nitely and the 1986 Best Actress Tony for The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe. Her many film and television credits include Nine to Five, A Prairie Home Companion, Nashville, The West Wing, Desperate Housewives, Will & Grace, Murphy Brown, and Rowan and Martin’s Laugh-In.
