Scott Greer, Chris Mixon, Sean McNall, Joey Parsons Set for Pearl Theatre’s Wittenberg

The Pearl Theatre Company has announced complete casting for David Davalos’ Wittenberg, to run March 11 – April 17 at New York City Center Stage II. J.R. Sullivan will direct the production.

Davalos’ comedy is set at Wittenberg University in the early sixteenth century and focuses on professors Doctor Faustus and Reverend Martin Luther who are both attempting to gain the allegiance of their star pupil Prince Hamlet.

In addition to the previously reported Chris Mixon, who will play Martin Luther, the company will feature Scott Greer (Dr. Faustus), Sean McNall (Hamlet), and Joey Parsons (The Eternal Feminine).


The creative team will include Jo Winiarski (scenic design), Liz Covey (costume design), Stephen Petrilli (lighting design), and Barry Funderberg (sound design).
