Roundabout Will Present Broadway Revival of Backstage Farce Noises Off in 2015

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced additional selections for its 2014-2015 Broadway and off-Broadway season.
In September 2014, the organization will present the New York premiere of Tom Stoppard's Indian Ink. Directed by Carey Perloff, the romantic drama will play the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. Set on two different continents during two different eras, the play follows English poet Flora Crewe on her travels through India in the 1930s, where her relationship with an Indian artist unfolds against the backdrop of a country seeking independence. Fifty years later, Flora's younger sister Eleanor struggles to preserve the legacy of Flora's controversial career as the older sister's mysterious past is revealed.
In January 2015, Roundabout will revive Michael Frayn's Noises Off, in a production directed by Jeremy Herrin at the American Airlines Theatre. The classic comedy follows the goings-on during the final dress rehearsal of a comedy called Nothing On — and all that can go wrong does.
As previously announced, the season will kick off with another Stoppard production, The Real Thing, directed by Sam Gold and starring Ewan McGregor. Previews at the American Airlines Theatre begin October 2, with an opening set for October 30.
