Rhys Ifans to Join Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone in New Spider-Man Film

Award-winning British stage and screen star Rhys Ifans will join Andrew Garfield end Emma Stone in Marc Webb’s new film version of Spider-Man, according to EW.com. The web site says the film’s producers have not specified what role Ifans will play.

Ifans’ stage credits include Don Juan In Soho, Accidental Death Of An Anarchist, Hamlet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Under Milk Wood.

His film and television credits include Notting Hill, Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang, The Replacements, Not Only But Always, and the upcoming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
