Reno, Katie Hartman, Leah Rudick, et al. to Perform at Live From Venus Benefit

Voices and Visions has announced the lineup of performers who will be participating in Live From Venus, to be offered May 20 at Ars Nova. The evening will be a fundraiser for the company, which develops the voices of women and girls.

The event will pay tribute to New York’s women comedians, and will feature a performance of Citizen Reno, written and performed by Reno. The evening will also feature performances from Ayanna Siverls, Elizabeth Mirarchi and Rachel Tiemann; Katie Hartman and Leah Rudick; Negin Farsad and Molly Knefel.

Alongside these artists’ comedy stylings will be a Persian Burlesque from Sahar Javedani, and June Raphael and Casey Wilson will appear in a special video sketch.

Preceding the performance will be a cocktail reception and an after party, to be held at Bar Nine, which will feature performances by Nay Nay’s Blues Band and Nick Africano.
