Rebecca Naomi Jones, Daphne Rubin-Vega, et al. Set for CAP21’s Songs on Five Benefit Concert

A preliminary lineup of performers has been announced for CAP21’s benefit concert Songs on Five, to be held on November 21 at 8pm. Tim Drucker will direct the event, which will have musical direction by Adam Wachter.

The evening will feature new work from songwriters Rob Baumgartner, Lance Horne, Daniel Maté, Mike Pettry, Ryan Scott Oliver, Shaina Taub, Will Van Dyke, and Adam Wachter, as well as the songwriting teams of Will Aronson and Sam Salmond, Barbara Anselmi and Brian Hargrove,
Brad Bauner and Alex Gemignani, Ryan Cunningham and Joshua Salzman, Chris Dimond and Michael Kooman, Michelle Elliott and Danny Larsen, Anna K. Jacobs and Michael R. Jackson, Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk, Robert Maddock and Michael R. Jackson.

Among the artists scheduled to appear are Lauren Blackman, Heath Calvert, Carla Duren, Charles Franklin, Molly Hager, F. Michael Haynie, Curtis Holbrook, Emma Hunton, Rebecca Naomi Jones, Laura Jordan, Andrew Kober, Jeff Kready, Alyse Alan Louis, Colin McAdoo, Andy Mientus, Cory Michael Smith, Daphne Rubin-Vega, and Jared Weiss. Additional casting will be announced in the near future.
