Ralph Fiennes, Colin Firth, Gary Oldman Set for Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy Film

Theater veterans Ralph Fiennes, Colin Firth, and Gary Oldman will star in the film, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, according to a report in Variety.

Tomas Alfredson will direct the film, which will also star Michael Fassbender. It is being produced by Working Title and Studio Canal.

Based upon John Le Carre’s 1974 bestseller of the same name, the screenplay is adapted by Peter Morgan. The story is an espionage drama set in Britain, during the aftermath of the Cold War. Filming will begin in London in October.
