Earlier today, the Radio City Rockettes visited Serendipity 3 to help celebrate spring with restaurant owner Stephen Bruce by unveiling the "Spring Spectacular Sundae." The delicious new dessert item celebrates Radio City Music Hall's New York Spring Spectacular.

Each sundae includes three scoops of ice cream with strawberry, raspberry, and pineapple toppings and a "mountain of whipped cream." The "Spring Spectacular Sundae" is garnished with a bouquet of edible spring candy tulips, a scattering of candy blossoms, and a field of edible candied violets.

Radio City's New York Spring Spectacular features state-of-the-art technology, one-of-a-kind puppetry, a book by Joshua Harmon (Bad Jews), and cocreative direction by Tony winner Diane Paulus and her husband, producer Randy Weiner. Mia Michaels choreographs the show's opening number.

Directed and choreographed by Tony winner Warren Carlyle, the production stars the Rockettes alongside Tony winner Laura Benanti as Jenna, a billionaire CEO who just purchased an NYC tour company that she plans to take virtual, and Emmy winner Derek Hough as Jack, an angel who's hoping to get his wings and who is sent back to Earth to convince Jenna not to fire veteran tour guide Bernie (Lenny Wolpe).
