America’s most iconic sex therapist, Dr. Ruth Westheimer, attended the Saturday, August 13 performance of Mark St. Germain’s Freud’s Last Session, playing Off-Broadway engagement at the Marjorie S. Deane Little Theater through October 30. Tyler Marchant has directed the production.

Suggested by the bestselling book The Question of God by Dr. Armand M. Nicholi, Jr., Freud’s Last Session centers on an encounter between Sigmund Freud and C.S. Lewis just weeks before Freud chooses to take his own life. The cast currently features Tuck Milligan (filling in for the vacationing Mark H. Dold) and Martin Rayner as Lewis and Freud, respectively.

The creative team includes Brian Prather (scenic design), Mark Mariani (costume design), Clifton Taylor (lighting design), and Beth Lake (sound design).
