Liza Minnelli, Cheyenne Jackson, Kenneth Cole, and Mondo Guerra rang the opening bell of the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, November 30 in honor of World AIDS Day, which is held on Wednesday, December 1.
Minnelli and Cole are scheduled to join Stockard Channing, Tyson Beckford, and the Broadway Inspirational Voices on Wednesday, December 1 at 5:30pm when the lights on the historic Washington Square Park Memorial Arch will be extinguished to remember those lost to AIDS.
During the proceedings, the lights on the Washington Square Park Memorial Arch will be turned off and then re-illuminated as the speakers discuss the importance of emphasizing human rights when confronting the AIDS pandemic.
