Patti LuPone, the two-time Tony Award-winner and vigilante against the castration of Times Square, is known for her candidness.

Now, she’s taking it to the next level. The Broadway legend is the subject of a new YouTube documentary series — created by her son, Josh Johnston.

Entrances, Exits, and Everything in Between with Patti LuPone is a weekly series which follows the life of the Broadway legend, in an effort to “show aspiring performers and fans of the arts what it’s like in the shoes of a veteran of the craft.”

The first episode follows LuPone through Europe as she gets ready to perform her cabaret show The Gypsy in My Soul on the Celebrity Silhouette ocean liner. The second will premiere on October 8.

At the end of the video, Johnston warns that, while LuPone has cooperated on this series, future projects will be discontinued “if people attempt to film Ms. LuPone or any other performer without prior consent.”

After all, we don’t want this to happen again.
