Padraic Lillis to Direct Michael Wallenstein’s Flight Off-Broadway

Padraic Lillis will direct the Alchemy Theatre Company of Manhattan’s production of Michael Wallerstein’s Flight, to begin performances at DR2 Theatre on March 2 in anticipation of an official opening on March 7.

The play centers on a man searching for his identity, even as he watches his ailing mother confront haunting memories of her past, which she has never shared or even made peace with.

Lillis is a playwright and director. He directed the national tour of She Loves Me, and has helmed Sweet Storm, The Dirty Talk, In Transit, and A Line in the Sand, among others, Off-Broadway. Among his plays are Lights Up In The Fade Out, Two Thirds Home, and Ronnie’s Mask.
