NYMF to Present An Evening With Duncan Sheik at Ars Nova

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) will present An Evening with Duncan Sheik at 8pm on Wednesday, September 27 in the Penthouse at Ars Nova (511 West 54th Street).

For this special event, Sheik will be accompanied by an acoustic band and joined on stage by several special guests. The concert will feature tunes new and old written by Sheik, the composer of the Broadway-bound musical Spring Awakening , which garnered critical acclaim during its Off-Broadway run at the Atlantic Theatre Company. The concert will also include numerous pop songs written by Sheik, such as “Barely Breathing.”

NYMF members may purchase tickets for $50, while non-members may purchase a “NYMF AT NITE” ticket for $75 (which also includes admission to the three Friday Night Parties at New World Stages). For more information, please visit www.NYMF.org.
