Nick Jonas to Host Pre-Theater Party for Kids Night on Broadway

Pop star Nick Jonas, who is currently headlining the Broadway production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, will host a pre-theater party for Kids Night on Broadway ticketholders at Madame Tussauds New York, on Tuesday, February 7 beginning at 2:30pm.

Jonas will be joined by hundreds of kids ages 6 to 18 who will have the opportunity to enjoy unique theater activities such as Broadway dance lessons; special theatrical makeup stations; Autograph Alley with Broadway performers; the chance to participate in Broadway Green Alliance’s bottle cap collection; and more.

Kids Night on Broadway, a program of The Broadway League, is designed to introduce young people to live theater and make Broadway accessible to a new generation of theatergoers by offering free tickets to kids ages 6-18 when accompanied by a full-paying adult.

Jonas is serving as Kids’ Night on Broadway 2012 National Ambassador. This year’s cause-related component salutes Givenik.com. Participating Kids’ Night on Broadway shows include the Broadway productions of Anything Goes, Chicago, The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess, Godspell, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Jersey Boys, The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, Mary Poppins, Memphis, The Phantom of the Opera, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Rock of Ages, Seminar, Sister Act, Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark,Wicked, and Wit, along with the Off-Broadway shows, Avenue Q, The Gazillion Bubble Show, Freckleface Strawberry, Million Dollar Quartet, RENT, Stomp, and Traces.
