Nancy LaMott: The Don’t Tell Mama Shows DVD to Be Released in December; Special Screenings Set for November

A series of special screenings will celebrate the release of the two DVD-set Nancy LaMott: The Don’t Tell Mama Shows on November 2 and 3 at 6:30pm and 9:15pm at Don’t Tell Mama. The DVD set will be released by MIDDER Music Records on December 1.

The DVD set preserves four complete performances of the cabaret acts that LaMott offered at the venue between 1986 and 1988. At each of the screening events, one of the taped acts will be screened in its entirety. In addition, guest speakers will share their remembrances of LaMott’s work at the cabaret.

A copy of the DVD set will be part of the admission to the events, entitled Nancy LaMott Returns to Don’t Tell Mama.
