Morgan Weed and Jed Resnick to Star in NYMF’s Swing State

The New York Musical Theatre Festival is set to present Swing State by Dana Yeaton and Andy Mitton, July 20-29 at the 45th St. Theatre Mainstage. Igor Goldin will direct.

Swing State follows the unpredictable relationship that develops between Kindergarten teacher and Born Again Christian Bonnie and her chiropractor Neil, a gay atheist who arrives in Ohio fresh from New York City.

The production will star Morgan Weed and Jed Resnick.

The design team will include Josh Zangen (set design), Zach Blane (lighting design), Joseph S. Blaha (costume design), David Margolin Lawson (sound design), and Driscoll Otto (projection design).
