Moira Buffini’s Gabriel Extends Off-Broadway at Atlantic Through June 20

The Atlantic Theater Company has extended the run of Moira Buffini’s Gabriel, at the Linda Gross Theater, which will now close on June 20. David Esbjornson has directed.
In the play, set during the German occupation of the Channel Islands during World War II, a naked young man washes up on a Guernsey beach. Unnervingly handsome and fluent in both German and English, he has no recollection of who he is — patriot or Nazi…innocent or madman.
The cast features Patricia Conolly, Lisa Emery, Zach Grenier, Lee Aaron Rosen, Samantha Soule, and Libby Woodbridge.
