Michael Cerveris, Matthew Morrison, Kelli O’Hara, Martha Plimpton, et al. Set for 52nd St Project’s Spring Benefit

Michael Cerveris, James Monroe Iglehart, Rebecca Naomi Jones, Matthew Morrison, Greg Naughton, and Kelli O’Hara will perform at the 52nd St Project’s Spring Sing Thing: A Garden Variety Benefit to be held on May 10 at Espace. Martha Plimpton will host the event, which will be directed by Jonathan Bernstein and feature musical direction by Kimberly Grigsby.

The benefit concert will feature songs with music by Brian Lowdermilk, Jeanine Tesori and Tom Kitt and lyrics by the young people who are served by the organization. Cocktails and dinner will precede the performance.

The 52nd St Project matches the kids of Hell’s Kitchen (ages 9-18) with professional theater artists to create original theater.
