Martin Moran’s Rehearsing Consciousness to Play Emelin Theatre Prior to Off-Broadway

Obie Award winner Martin Moran will present a sneak preview of his forthcoming Off-Broadway show Rehearsing Consciousness, at The Emelin Theatre of Mamaroneck on February 25 at 8pm. Seth Barrish will direct.

In his new solo show, Moran asks what happens when a Broadway hoofer with a mid-life crisis meets a survivor of torture, and what transpires when he finds himself lost and losing it on the outskirts of Johannesburg, or backstage at a matinee? A discussion and reception with the artists will follow the performance.

Moran won his Obie for his solo The Tricky Part, and his Broadway credits include Monty Python’s Spamalot and Cabaret.
