Marcia Gay Harden to Guest Star on NBC’s Bent

Tony Award and Academy Award winner Marcia Gay Harden will guest star on the upcoming NBC comedy Bent, according to TVLine.com.


The sitcom, which has yet to receive a premiere date, stars fellow Broadway veteran Amanda Peet as a high-strung single mother. The supporting cast includes David Walton, Jeffrey Tambor, J.B. Smoove, Matt Lestcher and Jesse Plemons.


Harden won the Tony for God of Carnage and also starred on Broadway in Angels in America. She won the Oscar for Pollock, and received an Oscar nomination for Mystic River. She is also a two-time Emmy Award nominee for The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler and Law & Order: SVU.
