Lorna Luft to Perform Songs My Mother Taught Me at Kingsborough October 15

Lorna Luft will perform Songs My Mother Taught Me, a tribute to her mother Judy Garland, as part of the On Stage at Kingsborough programming at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn. The event will take place on Saturday, October 15 at 8pm.

The award-winning show melds one of the world’s most familiar songbooks with intensely personal, often hilarious memories of Luft’s legendary mother.

Luft’s credits include Promises, Promises on Broadway, the film Grease 2, and national tours such as They’re Playing Our Song, White Christmas, and Guys & Dolls.
