LaChanze, Michael Genet, Nikkole Salter, and More Set for Inked Baby

Full casting has been announced for Playwrights Horizons’ world premiere production of Christina Anderson’s Inked Baby, to run March 5-April 5, with an opening set for March 23. Kate Whoriskey will direct.

The play is about a woman who enlists the aid of her sister to make the child she and her husband can’t. As previously announced, the production will star Tony Award winner LaChanze, and the full cast will also include Che Ayende, Michael Genet, Damon Gupton, Angela Lewis, Nana Mensah, and Nikkole Salter.

The creative team will include Andromache Chalfant (set), Kaye Voyce (costumes), Jason Lyons (lighting), and Rob Milburn and Michael Bodeen (sound).
