Casting has been announced for an upcoming benefit performance of Billy Mitchell's Villain: DeBlanks, taking place on September 3 at 9pm at Stage 72.

The show will feature Tony winner LaChanze (If/Then), Tony nominee Brenda Braxton (Chicago), Kingsley Leggs (Sister Act), Bernard Dotson (Finian's Rainbow), Angela Robinson (The Color Purple), and Trent Armand Kendall (Bat-Boy).

The show is described as follows: "The audience provides nouns, verbs, adjectives, desserts and body parts, and the actors provide the laughs — uncensored and unrehearsed — as the cast enacts the story using the words put in their mouths. It's Clue meets adult Mad Libs."

The evening will benefit Broadway Barks, the annual pet adopt-a-thon founded by Bernadette Peters and Mary Tyler Moore.
