After two sold-out performances earlier this year, Kenyon Phillips’ rock opera, The Life + Death of Kenyon Phillips, will return to Joe's Pub on Wednesday, January 7.

In addition to performing all of the songs from The Life + Death of Kenyon Phillips, Kenyon and his all-female band, The Ladies In Waiting, will debut new material and revisit songs from Phillips’ previous band, Unisex Salon. This show will also mark the debut of Kenyon’s newest Lady In Waiting, viola player and Calvin Klein model Alisha Judge.

Phillips is a singer, songwriter, actor, writer, model, dancer, and dj. In addition to founding and fronting the bands Roma!, Unisex Salon, and Thrill A Minute, Kenyon has written and produced songs for Amy Poehler, Joey Arias, Raven O, and Sherry Vine. His debut solo EP, Fire in the Hole, was released in September 2013.

The Life + Death of Kenyon Phillips is a 75-minute rock opera that uses an interactive rock-cabaret-variety show format, with several circus acts thrown in for good measure, to explore the past, present, and future of downtown performance artist Kenyon Phillips.
