Ken Leung, Jon Norman Schneider, Ching Valdez, et al. Set for 2g’s Free Range

Yung-I Chang, Jackie Chung, Christopher Larkin, Ken Leung, Debargo Sanyal, Jon Norman Schneider, Ching Valdez, and Nitya Vidyasagar will perform in 2g’s Free Range, to be presented at The Flamboyan Theater of Clemente Soto Velez Cultural Center, Friday, November 19 at 8pm and Saturday, November 20 at 3pm and 8pm.

The program will consist of staged readings of new plays by Asian American playwrights, including Redbird by Jim Yang, The Duties and Responsibilities of Being a Sidekick by Eric “Pogi” Sumangil, Furball by Susan Soon Hee Stanton, The Joke by Miyoko Conley, Mermaids by Jessica Huang, Add Like Poke Tag by Boni B. Alvarez, and Don Quixote at Tienanmen Square by Daniel Ho.

Directors for the readings will include Victor Maog, Colette Robert, Nandita Shenoy, Suzi Takahashi.
