Jonathan Cake, Santino Fontana, Florencia Lozano, et al. Set for Red Bull’s Montserrat Reading

Raul Aranas, Scott Barrow, Jonathan Cake, Brandon Dirdin, Santino Fontana, Gibson Frazier, Erin Gann, Gabriel King, Florencia Lozano, Aaron Clifton Moten, Richard O’Brien, Gayle Rankin, Marc Vietor, and Leigh Wade will appear in a staged concert reading of Lillian Hellman’s adaptation of Emmanuel Robles’ Montserrat, presented by Red Bull Theater as part of its Revelation Readings series, at the Theater at St Clements, Monday, May 9 at 7:30pm.

The play focuses on an atrocity committed by an occupying force in one country and one military officer’s an agonizing act of conscience. Stella Powell-Jones will direct the performance, which will be followed by a “Bull Session” talkback with Mirabelle Ordinaire.
