Jon Norman Schneider, Maureen Sebastian, et al. Set for Thunder Above, Deeps Below

Darian Dauchan, Phyllis Johnson, Rafael Jordan, Rey Lucas, Jon Norman Schneider, and Maureen Sebastian will star in the world premiere of A. Rey Pamatmat’s Thunder Above, Deeps Below, to be presented by Second Generation Productions at The TBG Theatre, September 8-26. Pat Diamond will direct.

In the play, a trio of homeless kids begs on the streets of Chicago for money to bus westward. But as winter nears, a journey through coffee shops, drag clubs, and mythic Lake Michigan waters brings change of a far queerer kind.

The creative team will include Sandra Goldmark (sets), Scott Bolman (lighting), Camille Assaf (costumes), and The Broken Chord Collective (sound).
