John Pizzarelli to Join Victoria Clark at Kaplan Penthouse Concert

Award-winning jazz singer and guitarist John Pizzarelli will join Tony Award winner Victoria Clark for a concert celebrating her recently released solo CD Fifteen Seconds of Grace at Lincoln Center’s Kaplan Penthouse at 7pm and 9:30pm on Monday, November 26.

On this new PS Classics recording, Clark performs an eclectic repertoire ranging from theater standards such as “Right as the Rain,” “Before the Parade Passes By,” and “I Got Lost In His Arms” to such contemporary fare as “Life Is But a Dream,” “The Red Dress,” and the Oscar-nominated song “It Might Be You.” Pizzarelli and his wife, Jessica Molaskey, penned one of the CD’s tunes, “Someone to Cook For.”

Clark won the 2005 Tony as Best Actress in a Musical for The Light in the Piazza. Her other New York stage credits include Follies, Urinetown, Cabaret, Titanic, and Guys and Dolls.
