Jessica-Snow Wilson Joins Glimpses of the Moon; Andrea Marcovicci, Leslie Uggams, Tom Wopat, and More to Guest Star

Jessica-Snow Wilson will replace Autumn Hulbert in the leading role of Suzy in Glimpses of the Moon, playing an open-ended run on Monday nights at the Algonquin Hotel’s Oak Room (with added matinee performances every other Thursday beginning February 5). The production features book and lyrics by Tajlei Levis and music by John Mercurio, and is directed by Marc Bruni and choreographed by Denis Jones.

The show is based on the novel by Edith Wharton and features book and lyrics by Taljei Levis and music by John Mercurio. It focuses on popular but penniless Suzy Branch who devises a scheme to marry her friend Nick Lansing and live off the wedding presents while they help find one another suitable millionaires. The plan works perfectly until they fall in love.

Upcoming guest stars include the previously announced Andrea Marcovicci (January 26), along with Natascia Diaz (February 2, 5 & 9), and Tom Wopat (February 16 & 23). Future guests will include Leslie Uggams, Robert Cuccioli, and Gay Marshall, with further details to be announced at a later date.

The regular cast also includes Stephen Plunkett as Nick, Jane Blass as Ellie, Laura Jordan as Coral, Daren Kelly as Nelson, and Glenn Peters as Streffy. The creative team includes Ted LeFevre (scenic consultant), Lisa Zinni (costumes), and Jim Milkey (lighting).
