Harold Prince to Be Honored at Dramatists Guild Fund Gala

Legendary Broadway director/producer Harold Prince will be honored by the Dramatists Guild Fund at its annual Great Writers Thank Their Lucky Stars gala on Monday, November 6, at Gotham Hall. Honorees also include fashion designer Jason Wu, and the President and CEO of Shiseido Americas, Marc Rey.
Prince is the subject of the new Broadway musical Prince of Broadway, which recounts his illustrious career helping shepherd shows like Company, Follies, Sweeney Todd, She Loves Me, Cabaret, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, and many other shows to the stage.
The evening will also include performances by some of Broadway’s finest, with the lineup still to be announced.
