Fitzgerald, Naughton, Stone, et al. to Honor Lewis Black at WTF Gala logo

Nate Corddry, Rob Corddry, Christopher Fitzgerald, James Naughton, and Jessica Stone will be among the participants at this year's Williamstown Theatre Festival gala, which will honor comedian Lewis Black. The event will be held at New York City's Cipriani 23rd Street, on Monday, November 17 at 6:30 pm.

Black is well known as a comedian, with live appearances across the country and around the world, as well as television programs such as Comedy Central's Lewis Black's Root of All Evil and his "Back in Black" segment on The Daily Show with John Stewart. He is the author of two best-selling books, Nothing's Sacred and Me of Little Faith, and 40 plays. His involvement with the Williamstown Theatre Festival includes the establishment of the Bill Foeller Fellowship for emerging young directors; hosting WTF's Cabaret series; teaching at the festival; and performing in productions including Once in a Lifetime, Camino Real, The Matchmaker, and Dead End.

Past Williamstown Theatre Festival honorees have included Kate Burton, Blythe Danner, A.R. Gurney and Tom Stoppard.
