February House‘s Julian Fleisher, Gabriel Kahane, Kacie Sheik Set for Joe’s Pub Concerts

Joe’s Pub has announced that three stars of The Public Theater’s world premiere production of Gabriel Kahane and Seth Bockley’s February House will present concerts in June.

Composer and lyricist Gabriel Kahane will perform June 4 at 9:30pm. As a composer of concert works, Kahane has been commissioned by venues like Carnegie Hall, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, for whom he serves as Composer-in-Residence from 2011-2013.

Actress Kacie Sheik’s concert will take place June 4 at 7:30pm. The evening will include brand new material for Sheik’s upcoming EP, cover songs of pop hits, and special guests from the Broadway community.

Actor Julian Fleisher will perform at Joe’s Pub at 7pm on June 11. Son of world-renowned concert pianist Leon Fleisher, Fleisher mixes masterful interpretations of a wide range of popular songs.
