Eve Plumb will play her final performance in the title role of Ken Davenport and Sarah Saltzberg’s Miss Abigail’s Guide to Dating, Mating and Marriage, playing at the Downstairs Cabaret Theater at Sofia’s, on Sunday May, 29. Her replacement will be announced on May 2 and will assume the role on June 1.

The piece, directed by Davenport, is based on Abigail Grotke’s popular book of the same name, in which relationship advice is doled out using wisdom from yesteryear. The show also features Mauricio Perez as Miss Abigail’s assistant, Paco.

Plumb is best known for playing Jan Brady on The Brady Bunch. She has also been a part of the L.A.-based Groundlings improv comedy troupe.

Before Plumb’s replacement, another acclaimed actress and American pop-culture icon, is announced, visitors to the show’s website will have the chance to enter a contest regarding the identity of the new performer. The first person to correctly guess the new Miss Abigail will win a VIP ticket package for two to see her first performance.
