Linda Dano, George Dvorsky, Jarrod Emick, Jason Graae, Liz Larsen, Sally Mayes, Juliet Mills, Brad Oscar, and Leslie Uggams will among the stars appearing this season at The Cape Playhouse in Dennis, Massachusetts.

The Playhouse’s summer season will begin with Ron Hutchinson’s Moonlight and Magnolias (June 19-July 1) about the making of Gone With the Wind. Oscar, best known for his work in The Producers, will star under the direction of James Brennan.

Up next, Uggams, a Tony Award winner for her work in Hallelujah, Baby!, will star in a revised version of the John Kander-Fred Ebb-Terrence McNally musical The Rink (July 3-15). Mills, a Tony nominee for 1960’s Five Finger Exercise and star of the NBC daytime drama Passion will head the cast.

As the season winds down, Dvorsky and Mayes will reunite for a production of their popular Off-Broadway musical Pete ‘n’ Keely (August 14-26), about the fictional reunion of a pair of former TV stars. Last up is A.R. Gurney’s comedy Sylvia, (August 28-September 9), directed by Pamela Hunt. Dano, a Daytime Emmy Award winner for Another World and Colleen Quinlan head the cast.
