Donovan and Dvorsky to Star in Signature’s Funny Girl Concert

Jacquelyn Piro Donovan and George Dvorsky will play Fanny Brice and Nicky Arnstein in the Signature Theatre’s benefit concert of the Bob Merrill-Jule Styne musical Funny Girl, to be held at 8pm on Monday, November 5. Proceeds from the concert will benefit Signature’s artistic, education, and community outreach programs.

The concert will be directed by Eric Schaeffer with choreography by Karma Camp. The cast will feature Matt Conner, Steven Cupo, Dana Krueger, Channez McQuay, Margo Seibert, Stephen Gregory Smith, Jane Pesci Townsend, and Harry A. Winter, as well as the Signature Theatre Orchestra directed by Jon Kalbfleisch.

Donovan most recently starred in Signature’s production of The Witches of Eastwick. Her New York credits include Miss Saigon, Les Miserables, and Under the Bridge. Dvorsky’s Broadway credits include The Scarlet Pimpernel, Gentleman Prefer Blondes, and Passion.
