Jerry Mayer’s Dietrich and Chevalier: The Musical will now end its run at St. Luke’s Theatre on Saturday, December 11, instead of the previously announced December 26. The production, directed by Pamela Hall, opened on June 20.

Starring Robert Cuccioli and Jodi Stevens in the title roles, along with Donald Corren in multiple parts, the musical charts the real-life love story of the legendary Marlene Dietrich and Maurice Chevalier, which begins in 1932 and continues through World War II and beyond. The piece features many of the songs associated with the two performers, including “Falling In Love Again,” “Louise,” “Lili Marlene,” and “Girls, Girls, Girls.”

The creative team also includes Ken Lundie (musical direction) and Gene Castle (musical staging).
