David Frank and Birgit Huppuch will star in a reading of writer/director Jordan Buck’s play, Folly, to be presented at Theater for the New City on Monday, March 5 at 7pm.

In the play, a man and a woman find temporary sanctuary (from their darker reality) in a childlike game of courtly charades.

Huppuch was most recently seen in 13P’s production of Erin Courtney’s A Map of Virtue, and won an Obie Award for her performance in Telephone. Frank is a member of the Dodeska Performance Ensemble, and teaches Movement Improv for the MFA Program at the Actors Studio Drama School.

The presentation is part of the New City, New Blood reading series, curated by Michael Scott-Price.
