Dancer and Broadway Veteran Annabelle Lyon Has Died

Annabelle Lyon, a dancer who appeared on Broadway in numerous productions, died at her home in Massachusetts, according to The New York Times. She was 95.

Lyon danced with several prominent dance companys, including George Balanchine’s American Ballet, and Ballet Theatre (now known as American Ballet Theatre).

She performed on Broadway with the Ballet Theatre in 1941, with other Broadway credits including Carousel, Juno, The Insect Comedy, Great Lady, and Alma Mater.

She is survived by her son, Joshua Borah, a brother, and a grandson.
