Cybill Shepherd to Star in North Carolina Theatre’s Hello, Dolly

Cybill Shepherd will star as Dolly Gallagher Levi in North Carolina Theatre’s production of the musical Hello, Dolly!, May 7-15 at the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium at the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts. Casey Hushion will direct the production. Additional casting will be announced shortly.

The musical, which is based on Thornton Wilder’s The Matchmaker, features a book by Michael Stewart and music and lyrics by Jerry Herman.

Shepherd has appeared on stage in Curvy Widow, The Seven Year Itch, Vanities and Picnic, and is best known for starring on the television series Cybill and Moonlighting.
