Choreographer and director Donya Feuer has died of ulcerative colitis, according to a report in The New York Times. She was 77.

Feuer’s theater credits include creating choreography for numerous Ingmar Bergman productions, including two seen at the Brooklyn Academy of Music: The Winter’s Tale in 1995 and Maria Stuart in 2002. Among their other collaborations are productions of Julius Caesar, King Lear and Peer Gynt.
