Broadway performers Liz Callaway , BJ Crosby , Liz McCartney , and Barbara Walsh will appear in Women On Stage, a benefit for The Songbook Project, on Monday, October 11 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (located at 121 Christopher Street in Manhattan). The event will feature each of the performers in her own mini-concert, singing material from the Great American Songbook — old and new. Malcolm Gets will host the evening and Phil Geoffrey Bond will supervise the show, which will begin at 8pm.

The Songbook Project is dedicated to promoting live performance, with a special emphasis on new and classic popular songs. The organization brings professional singers into schools and community centers to perform these standards, followed by question and answer sessions.

Tickets for the October 11 benefit can be purchased by calling 212-279-4200. The prices are $25 (balcony), $45 (orchestra), and $75 (prime orchestra seating). All but $25 of the admission price is tax deductible.
