Bryan Batt and Veanne Cox to Headline Project Shaw’s Bouyant Billions

Mad Men star Bryan Batt and Tony Award nominee Veanne Cox will headline the Project Shaw presentation of George Bernard Shaw’s comedy Bouyant Billions at 7pm on Monday, February 16 at the Players Club. Theater critic David Sheward will host the reading, which is directed by David Staller.

The play, set right after World War II, concerns a rich young man, who decides to venture forth into the world and become a professional ‘world betterer.’ Along the way he meets a rich young saxophone playing heiress who treats him so dreadfully that he becomes fascinated by her and her entire peculiar family.

The cast also stars George S. Irving, Charlotte Moore, Ed Dixon, Graham Rowat, Loni Ackerman, Ezra Barnes, Emma Archid, William DeMeritt, John Martello, and Marshall Factora.
